The importance of entrepreneurship in established organizations has grown significantly in past decades, and one way of addressing this phenomenon is using the concept of strategic entrepreneurship. By applying strategic entrepreneurship practices, an organization enhances its ability to be dynamic and flexible towards the market. The first part of the book provides a literature review of what has been prioritized in strategic entrepreneurship research, while the second part is intended to enhance our understanding of strategic entrepreneurship by taking on an interactional and processual view.
