John Beech is an Honorary Research Fellow of Coventry University, where he was previously the Head of Sport and Tourism Applied Research. He lectures regularly on Sports and Events Management in a variety of universities, including those in Austria, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Spain and Russia. He is an International Professor at the Russian International University in Sochi.

Sebastian Kaiser is the Dean of the MA Sport Management program at SRH University Heidelberg (Germany). He is Section Editor (Social Sciences) of the German Journal of Sports Science and author/coauthor of a range of books, book chapters and journal articles on sport management. He lectures regularly at various international universities including those in Belgium, the Czech Republic, England, Germany, Italy and Turkey and he is an International Professor at the Russian International Olympic University in Sochi.

Robert Kaspar is the Director of Studies for Sports, Culture and Event Management at FH Kufstein Tirol University of Applied Sciences in Austria. He has served in a number of mega event organisations, ranging from Expos to World Championships and ultimately as managing director for the Salzburg 2010 Olympic Winter Games bid. He has published widely in the field of mega events in sports and culture and has been a guest lecturer in universities in Croatia, France, Finland, Morocco and Russia.
