The book offers a legal commentary on every article in the Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC). It considers relevant preparatory works, case law and other sources of law in the discussion of each article. The 45 authors from 18 countries are expert practitioners or academics in the field. The editor -- Dr. Mark Klamberg -- is Associate Professor at Stockholm University.
