Amazon 5 star reviews for last edition:

I wish I had been told about this book before I cannot recommend this book enough.

If you buy and read only one book on behaviour, you wouldn't go wrong with this one!

This book is truly excellent If you buy one book about teaching, buy this!

Lots of practical advice that actually works ... I haven't got into a row with a student in the last two terms having read this.
